Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with Pairobin.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@pairobin.com and include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return authorization details and instructions.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
For approved returns, we provide a return shipping label.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection and processing costs.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pairobin.com.
In such cases, we will cover all return or replacement shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
