Our store is not responsible for incorrectly filled information about the address of the recipient for carriers. In turn, we do our best to avoid such situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

IF YOUR PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT YOU DIDN’T GET IT
In cases when you see information on the carrier's website that your order has already been delivered, nevertheless you have not received it, please contact the local post office. You can do this via email or visit the post office. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery process.

IF THE CUSTOMS OFFICE IN YOUR COUNTRY CHARGES FEES
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

IF YOU REFUSED TO ACCEPT A PARCEL / THE LOCAL CARRIER REFUSES TO DELIVER A PARCEL
We have the right to refuse the package, return it back and not refund its cost.
