This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Shishi Wenkuang Xiangfeng Sporting Goods Firm (trading as Pairobin).

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before being dispatched from our fulfillment facilities.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and multiple international destinations. Availability may vary by location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. The estimates below refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include order processing time.

United States

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders

Australia, Canada, Europe, and Other International Destinations

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 20 business days
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Free standard shipping on orders over USD 100
    • A shipping fee applies to orders below this amount and is calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


4. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our operational facilities and logistics partners located in China and other international locations, depending on product availability and destination.

 

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We work with established international carriers and logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
